Who we are

Delivr Studio ("we," "us," "our") operates the website at delivrstudio.com and provides website design, development, and related services. Delivr Studio is operated by Dushyant Kumar Singh, an individual trading as Delivr Studio, based at 6C/21B/3 Azad Nagar Lane No. 3, Khandari, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.

By using this website, downloading a template, or engaging us for services, you ("you," "the customer") agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

1. Website projects (Speed Start and Custom Start)

1.1 Engagement. Every project is confirmed in writing (email or a signed proposal) before work begins, including the price, scope, and timeline. Speed Start is a fixed-price package with the scope described on its service page. Custom Start projects are quoted individually after we scope the work.

1.2 Payment. Unless your proposal says otherwise, a deposit of 50% is due before work begins, with the balance due on delivery. Payments are invoiced directly by Delivr Studio and collected by bank transfer, UPI, or another method stated on the invoice.

1.3 Your content. You're responsible for supplying the content we need (text, images, logos, and access to accounts such as your domain) and for having the right to use it. Delays in receiving content may move the agreed timeline.

1.4 Revisions and scope. Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Work beyond the original scope will be quoted separately before we start it.

1.5 Ownership on completion. Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the delivered code and assets transfers to you, except for third-party libraries, fonts, or stock assets, which remain subject to their own licences.

1.6 Cancellations. If you cancel a project after work has started, you'll be invoiced for work completed to date. Any deposit is non-refundable up to that amount.

2. Monthly plans (SEO, support, and care)

2.1 What's included. The work covered by a monthly plan, its price, and its billing date are set out in your proposal or invoice.

2.2 Payment. Monthly plans are billed in advance for each month of service.

2.3 Cancelling. You can cancel a monthly plan by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for, and no further invoices are issued.

3. Hosting, domains, and third-party services

Your website runs on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, form services, and payment processors. Unless your proposal says otherwise, these accounts are held in your name and their fees are paid by you directly to the provider. Static sites can often use a host's free tier. Sites with dynamic features (such as logins, bookings, or live data) usually need a paid hosting plan, and we'll tell you the expected monthly cost before you commit.

We aren't responsible for outages, price changes, or policy changes made by these third parties.

4. Free templates

4.1 Licence. Templates on our templates page are free to download. You may use and modify them for personal and commercial websites, including websites you build for your own clients. You may not resell or redistribute a template, modified or unmodified, as a template or theme product.

4.2 Delivery. Free templates are delivered through Gumroad, which may ask for your email address to send the download.

4.3 No support guarantee. Free templates are provided "as is." We may fix issues or release updates, but we don't guarantee support. If you'd like us to set a template up for you, see Speed Start.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website, our templates, or our services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe someone else's intellectual property, or to build sites that break applicable law. We may decline or stop work on any project that does.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website (including design, code samples, copy, and branding) is owned by Delivr Studio unless otherwise licensed to you under these terms. Commissioning a site or downloading a template does not transfer our underlying business IP, such as our internal tools, unused design assets, or the Delivr Studio brand.

Unless you ask us not to, we may show a completed project in our portfolio and mention you as a client.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We aim for high performance and reliability, as described on each service page, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific business outcomes (such as traffic, conversions, or search rankings), or compatibility with every hosting environment or third-party tool.

To the extent permitted by law, Delivr Studio's total liability for any claim relating to a service engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Terms agreed in a signed proposal take precedence for that project.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
