Who we are

Delivr Studio ("we," "us," "our") operates the website at delivrstudio.com, including custom web design and development services and the Astro Theme Shop. Delivr Studio is operated by Dushyant Kumar Singh, an individual trading as Delivr Studio, based at 6C/21B/3 Azad Nagar Lane No. 3, Khandari, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.

By using this website, purchasing a theme, or engaging us for services, you ("you," "the customer") agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or purchase from us.

1. Digital products (Astro themes)

1.1 What you're buying. Themes sold through the Astro Theme Shop are digital design templates delivered electronically (source files, via download link or email after purchase). No physical goods are shipped.

1.2 License. Unless a specific product page states otherwise, each theme purchase grants a single-site license: you may use the theme on one live website that you or your business owns or operates. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the theme (modified or unmodified) as a standalone product, template, or theme to third parties. You may use the theme, as customised, to build a site for your own client only where the theme itself is not being resold as the product.

1.3 Delivery. Access to theme files is provided immediately after payment is confirmed by our payment processor, Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record for these purchases.

1.4 Refunds. Because themes are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. We will consider a refund within 14 days of purchase if: the theme is materially different from its product page description, the files are corrupted or fail to deliver, or there's a demonstrable defect we can't fix in a reasonable time. To request a refund, email hello@delivrstudio.com with your order details. Refunds are issued at our discretion and processed through Gumroad.

1.5 Updates and support. Paid themes include free lifetime updates. Email support is included for 12 months from purchase; after that, updates continue but support is best-effort.

2. Custom design and development services

2.1 Engagement. Custom website projects are quoted individually and confirmed in writing (email or a signed proposal) before work begins, including price, scope, and timeline.

2.2 Payment. A deposit of 50% is due before work begins, with the balance due on delivery. Custom service payments are invoiced directly and collected by bank transfer/UPI — they are not processed through Gumroad or the Astro Theme Shop checkout.

2.3 Revisions and scope. Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Work beyond the original scope will be quoted separately.

2.4 Ownership on completion. Once a custom project is paid in full, ownership of the delivered code and assets transfers to you, except for any third-party libraries, fonts, or stock assets which remain subject to their own licenses.

2.5 Cancellations. If you cancel a project after work has started, you'll be invoiced for work completed to date; any deposit is non-refundable beyond that amount.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website, our themes, or our services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe someone else's intellectual property, or to build sites that violate Gumroad's prohibited products policy or applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including design, code samples, copy, and branding — is owned by Delivr Studio unless otherwise licensed to you under Section 1.2. Purchasing a theme or commissioning a custom site does not transfer our underlying business IP (e.g. our internal tools, unused design assets, or the Delivr Studio brand).

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our themes and services are provided "as is." We aim for high performance and reliability (as described on each product/service page) but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific business outcomes (e.g. traffic, conversions, or search rankings), or compatibility with every hosting environment or third-party tool.

To the extent permitted by law, Delivr Studio's total liability for any claim relating to a theme purchase or service engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Payments and merchant of record

Gumroad is used exclusively for Astro Theme Shop purchases (digital products). Gumroad acts as the merchant of record for these transactions and handles payment processing, tax collection/remittance, and related compliance for theme sales only. Your payment details for a theme purchase are handled directly by Gumroad — we do not store your card information.

Custom web design and development services are a separate engagement, quoted and invoiced directly by Delivr Studio as described in Section 2. Payment for services is never processed through Gumroad or the Astro Theme Shop checkout.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the site, or a purchase made after changes are published, constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
