Who we are

Delivr Studio is a web design and development agency operating at delivrstudio.com. We build high-performance websites for small and mid-sized businesses. When we refer to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean Delivr Studio.

What data we collect

We only collect data you provide directly to us:

• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, company name, location, current website URL, project type, budget range, and message.
• Email correspondence — if you contact us directly by email.
• WhatsApp messages — if you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp link on our site, that conversation is handled through WhatsApp/Meta's platform rather than ours.
• Theme purchases — if you buy a theme from the Astro Theme Shop, your order and payment details (e.g. name, email, billing address, payment method) are collected and processed directly by Gumroad, our payment processor and merchant of record. We do not receive, see, or store your card details on our own systems — see "Payments (Gumroad)" below.

We do not run analytics, tracking scripts, or advertising pixels on this website. We do not use cookies for tracking purposes.

How we use your data

Information you submit through our contact form is used solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Prepare and send a project proposal if relevant
• Communicate with you about an ongoing project

If you purchase a theme, Gumroad uses your order data to process payment, deliver the theme files, issue receipts, and handle any refund requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Google Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font file, Google's servers receive your IP address and browser information. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

WhatsApp

Our contact page and footer include an optional link to start a WhatsApp conversation with us. If you use it, that message is sent and stored through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. We don't control what Meta collects through that platform — this is governed by WhatsApp's Privacy Policy. Using WhatsApp to contact us is entirely optional; the contact form and email are always available as alternatives.

Payments (Gumroad)

Theme purchases through the Astro Theme Shop are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for these transactions. When you buy a theme, you're taken to Gumroad's checkout, where Gumroad collects your payment details, billing information, and email address directly — we never see or store your card information. Gumroad uses this data to process your payment, calculate and remit any applicable tax, prevent fraud, deliver your order confirmation, and provide customer support related to your purchase. This is governed by Gumroad's Privacy Policy.

We receive limited order information from Gumroad (e.g. which theme was purchased and your email address) so we can deliver the theme files and provide support. See our Terms of Service for the full terms covering theme purchases, licensing, and refunds.

Data storage and retention

Contact form submissions are received via email and stored in our email inbox. We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected — typically the duration of a client relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter. Order data for theme purchases is retained by Gumroad in line with its own retention policy and by us only as long as needed to provide ongoing support for that purchase.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@delivrstudio.com. Requests relating to payment data held by Gumroad should also be directed to Gumroad directly.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you
• The right to correct inaccurate data
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to object to processing of your data

Third-party links

Our website may contain links to external sites (e.g. Vercel, Astro). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and recommend reviewing their policies independently.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
