Most sites need very little after launch: a handful of small edits in the first few months, then even less. Charging a fixed monthly fee for that doesn't make sense for most of our clients, so we don't default to one.
Instead: message us when something needs changing, and we quote or handle it directly. For businesses that update content often, we'll set up a lightweight monthly plan sized to that, but only if it actually saves you money over paying as you go.

Is support included in the price, or a separate monthly plan?
There's no mandatory monthly retainer. Small fixes shortly after launch are covered as part of the build. Beyond that, you book time as you need it. You're never paying for a plan you're not using.
What counts as a "small change"?
Text edits, swapping an image, updating a price or opening hours, fixing a bug: the kind of thing that takes minutes to hours, not days. If a request grows into something bigger, we'll say so upfront before starting.
What if I need something bigger later, like a new page or section?
That's scoped and quoted like any other piece of work, the same way the original build was. You're never locked into us for it either: it's your code, so you're free to take it to anyone.
Do you offer a monthly care plan for businesses that update often?
Yes, for sites that need regular attention (a content-heavy blog, frequent price/menu changes) we can agree a lightweight monthly plan sized to that cadence, rather than billing per request each time.
